Bank of Baroda Consumer Complaints Procedure

If you are having any complaint about Banking Services of Bank of Baroda, do following:

Level- 1

Register your complaint.

Visit the Branch and contact the Branch Manager for immediate solution. Remember to obtain its acknowledgement and complaint reference number.

Level- 2

If you are not satisfied with the reply from branch, you can also Contact the Regional Manager.

Level- 3

If you do not receive any reply from the Regional Office or satisfactory reply is not received, you can also write to the Zonal Manager.

Level- 4

If you are still not satisfied with the responses received, you can write to the Nodal Officer of Bank at the following address:

Final Level

If you do not receive any response or still not satisfied, you can also write to The Banking Ombudsman located in State Capitals.
