South Indian Bank Consumer Complaint Procedure
If you are facing any complaints with any branch of South Indian Bank, contact the Branch Manager and give your complaint for its solution on same day.
If your complaint is not solved at branch level, do following:
Stage 1
- Contact the Regional Head and give your complaint.
- Register your complaint through Complaint Form.
You will receive the acknowledgement of complaint within 3 days from the date of its receipt. Keep its reference number.
Stage 2
If you are not satisfied with the reply of Regional Head or reply is not received within 10 working days, you can contact the Nodal Officer at Head Office for its immediate solution at the following address:
