IDBI Bank Consumer Complaint Procedure
Having complaints with any branch of IDBI bank, take following steps:
First Step
You can make phone call through IDBI toll free numbers.
Give your written complaint to the Branch Manager. Remember to collect its acknowledgement and keep Complaint Id for future reference.
Second Step
In case the reply is not received within 8 working days of registering complaint, you can write to the Grievance Redressal Officer.

Third Step
In case you have not received the reply within 13 working days of registering the complaint or unsatisfactory reply, you can write your complaint to Chief Grievance Redressal Officer (CGRO) at the following address:

Final Step
If you have not received the reply within 1 month of writing to the CCSO or still not satisfied with the CCSO’s reply, you can appeal to the Banking Ombudsman.
