Procedure to File Complaint in Delhi Consumer Court

This document lists the procedure of filing complaint in consumer court/forum in New Delhi. The procedure is around the same in all states in India. Consumer courts are setup by state governments.

A complaint can be filed by a complainant against the seller, manufacturer, or dealer of goods which are defective or against the provider of services, if they are deficient in any manner whatsoever. An unfair trade practice or restrictive trade practice can also invite complaint.

A complainant can be a:-

  1. Consumer to whom such goods are sold or delivered or agreed to be sold or delivered or such service provided or agreed to be provided;
  2. A firm registered or unregistered
  3. An individual
  4. Hindu Undivided Family.
  5. A cooperative society or any other association of persons
  6. The Central or the State Government; and
  7. In case of death of a consumer his legal heirs or representatives

Along with the complaint, the complainant is required to file copies of supporting documents, i.e., cash memo, receipts, agreements, etc. The complainant is required to file 3 copies of the complaint, together with enclosures, for official purpose plus copies for the number of Opposite Parties. The complaint should be filed along with fee in the form of Postal Order/ Demand Draft according to the amount of compensation claimed.

FEES PRESCRIBED

I. Up to Rs.1,00,000/- - Rs.100/- by way of Postal Order or Demand Draft in favour of President, District Forum.

II. Above Rs.1,00,000/- to Rs.5,00,000/- - Rs.200/- by way of Postal Order or Demand Draft in favour of President, District Forum.

III. Above Rs.5,00,000/- to Rs.10,00,000/- - Rs.400/- by way of Postal Order or Demand Draft in favour of President, District Forum.

IV. Above Rs.10,00,000/- to Rs.20,00,000/- :- Rs.500/- by way of Postal Order or Demand Draft in favour of President, District Forum.

V. Above Rs.20,00,000/- to Rs.50,00,000/- : Rs.2,000/- by way of Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, State Commission, Delhi

VI. Above Rs.50,00,000/- to Rs. 1 Crore : – Rs.4,000/- by way of Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, State Commission, Delhi

4. The complaint can be filed through an Authorised Representative /Advocate or in person.

JURISDICTION FOR FILING COMPLAINTS

In terms of the provisions contained in the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, complaints:-

  1. Where the value of goods or services and compensation, if any, claimed below Rs. Twenty Lacs or up to Rs. Twenty Lacs, can be filed before District Forum.
  2. Where the value of goods or services and compensation, if any, claimed exceeds Rs. Twenty Lacs but does not exceed Rs. One Crore, can be filed before State Commission.
  3. Where the value of goods or services and compensation, if any, claimed exceeds Rs. One Crore, can be filed before National Commission.

The complaints can be filed at the Filing Counter of the State Commission on every working day from 10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. It is necessary for the person filing the complaint to get an acknowledgement indicating the date of filing the complaint, so as to show the Commission that the same has been filed within the period of limitation in terms of the provisions contained in the Act.

PROCEDURE FOR FILING APPEALS:

In terms of the provisions contained in Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, it has been provided that any person aggrieved by an order passed by the District Forum may prefer an appeal against such order to the State Commission within 30 days from the date of the order.

Rule 8, sub-rule (1) to sub-rule (5) of the Delhi Consumer Protection Rules, 1987 deal with the procedure of filing appeals, and the same is reproduced below for the benefit of the general public:-

  1. Memorandum shall be presented by the appellant or his authorised agent to the State Commission in person or sent by registered post addressed to the Commission.
  2. Every memorandum of appeal filed under sub-rule (1) shall be in legible handwriting (preferably typed) and shall set forth concisely under distinct heads, the grounds of appeal without any argument or narrative and such grounds shall be numbered consecutively.
  3. Each memorandum of appeal shall be accompanied by the certified copy of the order of the District Forum appealed against and such of the documents, as many be required to support the grounds mentioned in the memorandum of appeal.
  4. When the appeal is presented, after the expiry of period of limitation as specified in the Act, memorandum shall be accompanied by an application supported by an affidavit setting forth the reasons on which the appellant relies to satisfy the Commission that he has sufficient cause for not preferring the appeal within the period of limitation.
  5. The appellant shall submit three copies of the memorandum to the State Commission for official purposes along copies for service to the respondent/OP.

Any person desirous of filing an appeal in consumer court can file such appeal at the Filing Counter of the State Commission on all the working days from 10.30 a.m. To 1.30 p.m.

In the case of appeals also, it is necessary for the person filing the appeal to get an acknowledgement indicating the date of filing the appeal, so as to show the Commission that the appeal has been filed within the period of limitation in terms of the provisions contained in the Act.

In case of appeals, the statutory deposit i.e. fifty percent of the awarded amount or Rs.25,000/-, whichever is less, should be deposited in the shape of Fixed Deposit Receipt, from any nationalized bank for a period of one year, in favour of "Registrar, State Commission, Delhi".

I took 12-month plan (subscriber id - 3008723861) of AIRTEL DTH.
I Received A Call from This number.01140264000, and received the messages from this mobile number.9818998691 on 28.02.2015 regarding AIRTEL DTH recharge for Rs.1957/- (12 months plan), I recharged the said plan on given time but my plan is activated for 6 months, I called to AIRTEL DTH Customer care regarding this matter, they said that you could be wait for 48 hrs. for activating this plan, i waited, but next time I called to them than they said that you should be contact to that company whose called you. than I called to that Company but thay are saying that sir please be patience for a techinical problem, we are unable to clear your matter after 2 days your plan will be change to 12 months plan.
But my plan not changed yet.

You are requested to kindly solve my problem.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Sub : Retrieval of money acquired via fraud

I am an Assistant Manager with a reputed Hospital firm in Hyderabad region within Telangana. I received a call from a man called Alok Sharma(identity disguised most likely). Hailing from a Firm called IG Consultants, he claimed to return an amount of roughly INR 5730/- which was extracted from me promising a reputable job in Indo-Gulf region(as the name implies). Contrary to which they further took INR 6999/- out of my account again.

PROCESS - I am hereby furnishing the conversation that took place between us:

I received a call around 12:08 pm on Jan 6th, 2015 from Alok Sharma saying that IG Consultants would like to know, if I would still like to take up the services or have the money back, to which I asked back from the amount. The person asked for my details including the number on my card, type(whether Maestro or Master Card) , three digit CVV card. I gave all info except for CVV to which i asked him to call tomorrow. As much as I was skeptical, I was also excited about the amount being refunded as promised by the caller. The second day he called me I again refused, post which he said he would close my case. Third day He gain approached and upon insisting, I was foolish enough to share my CVV number

He then called back after a while and asked for my pin, to which I immediately said 'no'. He said he had my complete details and if he were a conman, he would have already done so and since our bank also informs us. I admit that I was foolish enough in sharing my pin, but I would request you to take appropriate action. My nephew is very sick and I need money to have him undergo treatment. In the details shared, the number of the frauds cannot be reached & is only incoming. Please help me sir/ma'am, as I am in dire need of this money.

No Internet services from Tikona despite full advance payment

Hi,

I took 18-month plan (subscriber id - 1110596650) of Tikona.
However, ever since I have taken the plan, the experience has been very bad to say the least and the connection is dead for the past 15 days.

In the past 4 months that I have had this plan, I must have had about 50+ calls with the customer care department about my connection not working for one reason or the other. In fact, in the four months or so that I have been using Tikona, for more than a month and a half, I have been paying for the services while not being connected on the internet due to connectivity issues.

Calls to the service helpline number are unceremoniously cut-off by the customer executives and they never get any senior staff on the line either when asked to do so. Field visits, though promised by customer care executives are never made.

I do not know how to get the basic internet working despite making advance payment of 10000/- to the vendor.

University of Pune - Fraud business of transcripts

I had applied for Transcripts in the University of Pune on 25th Jun 2014. I was supposed to get the transcripts within two months.

Till date 11-Nov-2014, I have not received my transcript and have been told to re apply with fees. They always lie about transcripts being posted to mailing address. Every time i ask about status, they say it will be posted today and this has been happening since a month.

I am not the only one facing this issue and fed up of asking the status of transcripts.

UoP helpline - 020-25601221 is useless.

Have sent mails but no reply.

They want me to re apply.

This is to inform to your good self that I have purchased new mobile phone (Micromax AE 90) on dated 09/08/2014 (copy of Bill Attached) since then the phone has manufacturing defect, becomes hot and unable to open applications/softwares, then on dated 19/09/2014 I visited M/S Royal Services, Shalimar Bagh, Authorised Micromax Service Centre, they deposit the phone vide job sheet no. 091412282652 since then I enquired them about my phone approached top to bottom in Micromax Customer care services and e-mailed them (Copy of Mails attached) but failed to get the phone. I also contacted North Delhi Area Manager, Mr. Ravi Verma twice or thrice then I got my phone on dated 03/11/14, but the phone has same fault for which I had been submitted earlier, very next day I visited again Royal Services they again give me assurance and deposit my phone for technical reasons. Since then I am waiting for my phone.
I purchased my phone for our own convenience not for harassment after spending 8200/- Rupees, since then the phone is available with Micromax not with me.
So this is my humble request to your good self, Kindly look my case more sympathetically and give me justice.

i made a hotel booking by expedia for shimla in hotel sunrise on dates 2-6 oct'14 and booking done successfully by expedia at 24 septemeber , on my surprise i recieved a sms from hotel at 1st oct that hotel can not be booked please contact expedia, when i called to hotel for explaination , hotel manager said he already informed to expedia that hotel will not accept any booking made after 16th septemeber even than they booked hotel for you so its their fault please contact them , i called to expedia several hours and all the time they were transferring my call to different dept. i told expedia please provide a solution as i have not much time just tomrrow i will have to travel , i received no call as solution from them i kept calling again and again in they give me some option like change your dates or go to some other location for holiday which was not possible for me , finally time has passed and i got no rectification no call from them and i had to cancell my travel , i want a full compensation of mental stress and financial loss made by expedia.

I have got an email from All In One Holidays Pvt.Ltd,A-61,Sector 65,Noida (UP)-201301 informing me that for arranging visit to many places in India for 5days and 5 nights I have to pay Rs 7599.The list of places is given in their website www.allinoneholidays.com.I have paid Rs 7599 online using credit card on 12.3.14. In order to enable them to process the holiday stay,they asked me to take printout of their "Voucher code Request Form" from their website,fill it up and send it with a D/D for Rs 450 atleast 21 days before the date of holiday.I have sent them the money and the voucher form duly filled up on 17.4.14 asking them to arrange stay in Coorg or Thekady in the month of May 2014.Somebody from their office has told me telephonically that for May is fully booked.Then I told him to arrange in the 2nd week of August 2014.He told me that for August 2014,booking will start in June only. In June I have sent email asking them to book stay in Coorg or Thekady in August.

But so far despite many emails to them including to their CEO,there is no reply from the company.

Company's field executive named Inderjeet came at my place and collect amount of Rs. 1145/- and give me a hand written note of policy and after that he said the Printed Insurence policy will be delivered within a Week But its been around 2 months and i didn't receive my policy. After paying them
I opened a rented office in Lucknow and hired 3-4 resources but they were having only 2-3 Packets in a day on which I was getting one rupee per packet only

I opened office for almost 8 months on hope that there business will improve but was not aware that it is a fraud company.
When I enquired Parimal Dubey RSM Lucknow that I want the money to be refunded back and hence he told me that the company is a fraud and I have left the company and I cannot help you now. I in turn started calling the company and they told me to talk to Harish Verma and he told me that I will look into the issue . Also they have closed there Lucknow office and all employees have ran away and hence I had no other option left. So I started calling every employee,

Now all I want is my Rs.2,50,000 back and there is nobody I can talk to, so I want everybody reading this to be aware of this company and please spread it as far as you can. It should go to every other individual having internet so that they can be aware of this fraud company. They plan to go to different states of India and make frauds.

False Commitment by Vodafone PrePaid to PostPaid Migration

I am Sameer Khan I am residing in Delhi and I got false commitment post paid plan by vodafone.I used prepaid number +91-9643174928 which I converted in post paid.
I choose the 299/-P.M plain ,convey by the vodafone customer care which include 600 mins free(local+std),one vodafone registered number free for 3 Months and 500 mb 3G data free.

but after confirmation call from the vodafone they simply ignore and convey internet data is not free and only 150 mins free for a registered number.
I registered the complaint on 10th July and they said will resolved your issue before 14th July,but I didn't received any call then again I register the complaint on 22nd July and again I received the message and call to resolve my problem before 24 July but again there is no response and got different messages to activate different services which I never told to start.

From 31July i received sms 1600/-Rs which is not justify bill and big amount bill and before any intimation and call my services has been dropped.
because of my outgoing service has been dropped ,I lost my business which is fully responsible by vodafone.

I am requesting to look at my matter and provide the help or neccesary action plan again the vodafone service provider.

I would like to draw kind attention that I purchase a SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND NEO I-9060 mobile hand set on dated- 18.06.2014 from Digital café (A unit of: WDCPL) under the Retail Invoice no. : DC(M) 6025.
Following abnormity found from the 1st day of using-
1) Slow charging - when battery fully discharge it is takes more time to fully charge. Take the observation of charging following status found-
00:00 Min - 35 %, 15 Min- 36 %, Next 23 Min- 38 %, Next 12 Min- 39 %, Net 20 Min- 41%
2) Over heating during charging- When handset connected to electric through charger the temperature of handset increasing after 30-45 minutes temperature achieve near about 60 to 70 C.
3) Less battery Back UP- Maximum battery backup 3-4 Hrs
I was also register a complain on Samsung Customer care by teli-talk under the complain no-8465961711 on dated 01 July-2014.
So I requested you pl. do the needful action for the change my handset.

This is dr. Himanshu. I have hitachi ac 1.5 ton which I bought 2 years back. During this summer when I first time started my ac, I came to know that its not cooling and I registered a complain to hitachi customer care on 13th april 2014. They ensured me that within 48 hrs engineers will call me but no body called me I was requesting every day to customer care number to solve my ac problem. On 21 april there engineer came to my house, checked my ac and asked me to take my ac to there workshop for repairing and it will be ok within 2 days. But after 2 days no response from hitachi company n I requested every day to please repair my ac n bring it. On 26th april 2014, engineers came to my home with ac repaired n when they switched on my ac then I heard very loud and annoying sound from ac, my ac was cooling but it was making loud noice. I asked to engineer about noice, my ac never produced such bad noice and this noice was due to there fault. They asked me to talk to some senior person as they could not do anything in this matter. I had to pay 3500 Rs as per bill but hitachi peoples ruined my ac. Please help me and forward my message to hitachi company responisble person so that my problem can be solved as soon as possible. Hitachi company is worst company in india and I will strictly advice to everyone that never ever buy any hitachi products. They are fooling us n all there customers.

I have given micromax tab on 08-02-2014 for battery replacement at delight servises near shadipur. complaint against samsung mobiles

I bought a Samsung grand on june-2013 from november 2013 it start creating problem of slow battery charging at that time it was informed by the service centre concern at sector 18, chandigrh that it is due to data cable problem hence they replace the cable but after 2 months again data cable start creating problem and they replace this time again but off record because it is replaced by them just 2month ago but after 10 days again cable start creating problem and this time it was straight away denied by them that we will not replace it dis time because accessories has the warranty for only six months but if you see in feb during last replacement it has already crossed the six months duration during that time no condition applicable than why this time however it is clearly mentioned on the warranty card that warranty for 1year and for battery it is six months. Even during my discussion with the service manager mr. Rahul he start treating like I am a culprit I have a video recording for this also. No service record provided by him to me on my request. This is straight away cheating with the general public, it is quite surprise to see that, whatever mentioned on the warranty card is denied by the company. Please help. If video recording and warranty card scan is required I can provide, please help

I ordered a Smartphone, Lava Iris 504 Q worth RS 13699.00 from Bag it today on 4/01/2014 for my Father MR. Gulab Singh (order number- 33538476).Bag it today keep on telling me that the phone will be delivered in next two days whenever I called them. After 10 days they replied that the phone is out of stock,so I tried to Cancel the order and get my money back but they did not canceled it. finally on 23 January they emailed me that the phone has been dispatched. When I received the phone on 25 January 2014, it was not in working condition.I wrote them about the phone being faulty but they did not replied. When I called them they said that now its not there responsibility and I should contact Lava Service center. When my father went to Lave Service center Lava service center could not find the record of the phone on there system. Bag it today clearly said that it not their responsibility once they have sold anything.

Sir I really feel cheated by this company how can they send a faulty product that is not even getting on and say it is not their responsibility.

Credit Card Payment

Sir,
ICICI Bank Ltd, has debited my account with them for the credit card payment which was made after settlement. But they are still charging till date above that without my knowledge deducted a huge amount of 36000.00 for the credit card with last 4 digit 8003 whose full and final payment was made 2 years back after receiving settlement letter and the agreed amount is fully cleared by cash payment receipts, settlement approval letter the payment is made.
But they never closed the credit card account and sending me statement showing still payment is due.
Please advice how should we move, as writting to the banker is vain / void. I want to file a case against the banker for fradulant practice as without my knowledge they deducted a huge amount from my account.

I have placed an order in December for Kouton's Shirt pack of 5 and after a long long delay from your end, today I have received that product and that product are pathetic. I didn't expected these kind of products from you.

You should check for the quality before sending to the customer..None of these shirts are from Koutons and no body from a decent family can wear these. Some of these are even used and not in a good condition. These types of shirts are available in Delhi at 50 Rs per piece at roadside and you are selling them by the name of Koutons brand.

Let me know when can you collect this shit shirts and send me the new ones. Attaching the snaps for the same for your reference or else refund my money back as I don't want to any other product from your website.

Worst flying experience - cheaters, Liars

I travelled from Singapore to New Delhi on 17th Dec’13. Though I booked my wife and my tickets on Qantas, however since Qantas does not fly to India and has a code share with Jet Airways, so we flew Jet Airways on 9W 0017. I don’t have enough words to describe how bad and pathetic the flying experience was with your airlines. Right from boarding to baggage claim, we faced enough problems for me to write this complaint to you. Following are the problems/discomforts for which I am writing this complaint:
1. At the Singapore airport, the flight was delayed. There was no one who gave us any status on the take off time or an approximate delay.

2. The boarding process was the worst that I have seen till date. First, it tool them the longest time to board everyone, despite standing in queue when our row nos were called, we had to wait for really long to even enter the aircraft. Upon entering, I realized that I and 8-10 more people were still standing when the aircraft started moving. I am pretty sure this is against the safety norms and which Jet Airways very casually flouted. The flight Stewart came and asked me to sit without realizing that both my hand luggage were yet to be stowed. I declined asking him to first put them in the overhead cabin. One bag was on my seat and the other was on the foot area so clearly there was no way that I could sit. However, after about running for 5 minutes he did manage to stow them in the overhead cabin the business class. All this happened when the aircraft was moving and about to take off.

3. My wife’s in flight entertainment system did not work properly. She was unable to play any movie or show. We asked the air hostess’ multiple times to get it fixed for about an hour. After which they did try to reboot not once but twice but it still did nto work. So, I had to lend my in flight entertainment system to her and I could not watch it myself. Clearly this is not something expected from an airline which is trying to pitch itself as a world class airline.

4. I don’t understand the reason why at the New Delhi airport which has aero bridges connected to all gates was not used and we had to take the stairs down the aircraft and then to the arrival gate. The aircraft taxied for a long time and then stopped at one of the gates from where we took the stairs. It just looked like this aircraft was not really planned to land there. Anyways, this isn’t a major concern but something that I noted down for reference.

5. The bags took ages to come on the belt and when they did, we only received 2 out of our 3 check-in bags. We and hordes of other passengers kept waiting for our remaining respective bags which never came on the belt. The airline ground staff initially said they are trying to locate the bag and explained that there is a possibility that another trolley is coming with our bags. However after about 20 mins or so, he said that due to payload the remaining bags were not loaded on the aircraft. After much shouting he agreed to prepare our missing reports but sadly at that time there were only 2 airline ground staff to do that and trust me they were both extremely slow in doing that. Our patience was tested and after even louder shuts from all passengers another person joined in. We were all promised that the bags would come to Delhi and be delivered to us at our houses by the airline the following day i.e. 18th Dec’13. Obviously since jet airways was committed to spoil our flying experience with them, the bags never came to us the next day.

6. I called up the Jet Airways customer care 5 times in the next few days from 19th to 22nd Dec’13 and spoke to different people every time and I must say that it was the worst ever customer care department that any company could have. I spoke to Ms. Parul on 19th, Mr. Deepak on 20th, Ms. Sonam on 20th, Mr, Mayank on 20th and Ms. Ankita on 22nd. Parul was the first I spoke with and she said the bags are at the Delhi airport and would soon be delivered. The next day after much shouting at him, Deepak said that bag would be delivered the same day. The next day I spoke to Sonam and after getting some not so convincing answers from him asked her for any supervisor. After a little hesitation she introduced the Supervisor Mr. Mayank. Mayank introduced himself as the supervisor and promised that the bags would reach the next morning before 8 am, which obviously never happened. Mayank and Sonam were liars as I realized later on 22nd that he was just an employee and not a supervisor (one of the other jet airways employee told me this) that. Is this what Jet Airways teaches and directs its employees to handle with customers. It seems as if this is some sort of a directive in Jet airways to lie and cheat the customers. I am the most disturbed with the lying part of that employee, never expected Jet Airways to stoop to such low levels.

Ms. Ankita was probably the only competent person to have lived up to her promise and the bag got delivered to me by the time she had committed.

It was very sad and unfortunate to see such low level of service clubbed with lot of lies. No one understood my urgency, no one realized that I had to bear monetary losses because of that bag, despite me telling them every time that I am losing money every day because of that bag, they did not have any sense of urgency and handled the case very casually. I don’t understand why it took them so much of time to deliver my bag when it reached the Delhi Airport on 18th Dec and had to be delivered in Delhi itself. All I heard from your employees were false promises and lies.

Pathetic PANEL problem with Samsung 40 inch LCD Television

This is to inform you that, I bought the prestigious Samsung 40 inch LCD TV (model no: LA40D550 and Sr no: A010PZAZ301489N) from Great Eastern electronics Pvt. Ltd. (Address: city Center II,Rajarhat, Kolkata - 700091) on 25/03/2012.
Unfortunately just after 15 months of purchase (June 2013) VERTICAL LINES started appearing on the screen. Currently the picture is not coming at all and the TV is in unusable condition.
Engineer advised to replace the panel and given quotation of 20K.

Now, to my belief this kind of scenario is not very general / frequent. I have purchased a product from a world renowned organization like SAMSUNG who works with so much diversification in so many fields from delicate Electronics to Heavy Industries, and I expect in return, much longer output and relation, not only for the television but all kind of other products of SAMSUNG. I do not blame any body or SAMSUNG for this damage, but I consider it is a very unusual occurrence in which again unfortunately I am the owner of the Item under discussion.
To my belief spending another INR 20,000/- is very expensive within 2 years of purchasing a premium product that also from Samsung Electronics. This kind of scenario is a very SPECIAL CASE and does not happen frequently.

On this above context, I am requesting / appealing to SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS to take up this as very special / exceptional case and replace the PANEL at minimum cost. I can bear the expenses up to INR 8000/ to 9000/ to get the PANEL replaced. It is my expectation from you, to look into this and show a way out, to solve the issue cordially so that the customer satisfaction is highly appreciated.

I am writing this post with lots of hope and a proper judgment from SAMSUNG side.

I am utterly sure that this call was made by reliance agents to complete their sales targets and befooling the innocent people who come in their trap.They can go up to any extent.
MR Rohit ( Fraud LIC agent ) and Miss neetu gupta ( another fraud lady ) told me that your cheques will be released soon once you make these policies .Miss neetu gupta said to me , sir i am like your sister , i promise you - next time you do not need to make any policy of reliance after completing this criteria to get your LIC cheques.
Mr Rohit was the one who has connected me to this lady sitting some where else or next to him to talk to her as she is working in cheque release department.
I called up LIC head office yesterday when I noticed that Rohit(Fraud) has not been picking up his phone from past 2-3 days .LIC Officer told me that we have already put notices and articles still we do not understand why everyday people come in their trap!
Mr Rohit told me that once you receive your LIC bonus cheques , next week of that we will cancel your reliance policies on our behalf (lic) and you will get the money within one month time.
From our side we were unaware about any of these LIC articles , I am sure that there will be many innocents who are suffering from this Fraud of Reliance!!
I did went to your janakpuri branch today in the morning, there your office asked me sir why did not you informed us within 1 month of this policy instead of coming after 2 months ?
I replied him, that This fraud man was playing with us since 2 months and he asked me to wait untill 7th july you will get all your LIC cheques with bonus + your all reliance policies will be sent at your home by cheque after its cancellation and it will take maximum one month , that is our responsibility, you do not need to ask any question from reliance officer who will come at your home.And i done the same since i was waiting for my cheques.
Past 3 days when i find his mobile was switched off , i suspected he could be a fraud and let me verify with LIC.
My father is handicapped and senior citizen, he invested his money just to get some bonus and get his proper surgery done for his paralysis treatment.
We are still waiting for our invested money to be given back to us so that i may proceed with my fathers treatment.
He is a patient , if anything happens to him or if his treatment is not done at the earliest , who will be responsible any mishappening ??
Reliance will take responsibility for my father ?? who are making fake calls to trap innocent people.
I request you to Ban Reliance Life Insurance so that they may not harass and cheat the innocent people ,just and just to achieve their sales targets.

fooled by HITACHI HOME & LIFE SOLUTIONS for last one year

i had purchased one 1.5t ,5 star, window AC from M/S Hari plaza ,basement kshitz shopping complex,sec:4, Vaishali, Ghaziabad 201010 on 23rd June 2012.for Rs.34500.00 only.
short shipment was detected by dealers mechanic who came to instal the AC. AC was observed to provide less cooling ( HITACHI claims AC shall provide cooling if the temperature outside is 52 degrees centigrade)
complaint was lodged with call centre on 25//6/12.visiting mechanic observed visit by senior is reqd.
the complaint was closed and i was advised to lodge complaint again.a new no was issued .senior mechanic observed AC CALL BACK.
HITACHI sent tempo to lift the AC. i asked for service piece.
hitachi closed the complaint.and asked me to lodge the complaint again.
Since then several complaints have been lodged( see enclosed call reports )
HITACHI has done nothing but issued several complaint nos.
on my persistent complaints to HITACHI and various other avenues HITACHI sent engr again .call no 13062001118 dated 20/06/13.
they switched on the AC and took readings .thROOM TEMPERATURE after one hour of use was 29.6 degrees centigrade.copy of call report attached.
HITACHI is refusing to replace/repair the AC.
Fed up of HITACHI HIGH HANDEDNESS I AM FORCED To raise the complaint thru your esteemed forum.

Employee Harrassment given by tatasky

I am Geetanjall Verma ,employed in tatasky company since more than one year.I have heard that Customer helpline is for helping the Customer.I have always tried to give full 100% work for the customer satisfaction as for me customer is more important that any other thing.As per thinking,I did the same for one of the tatasky customer Mr Rajinder Kumar,Actually he has already one of the STBs in his premises and he has registered two more STBs in his prmises from dealer side but later he cancelled these two STBs due to false commitment,But tatasky company STBs activaton charges Rs 1600/- were debited from his account .After that his tatasky accoount got deactivated.So he was not able to view any channel.On last sunday he called helpline and talked to me on escalation desk which is just to make the fool to the customer.He talked to me he was very irrated.So I promised him that I will refund his money back till 5:00PM and I did the same by contacting our consult department on preority basis.a nd his money was refunded to his account Rs 1600.Later some our TLs catched that call and asked me that why I have cmmited this promise who are you to do so, then I told hi then why you have putted me on esclato desk.So I want to say that they are rude people not only manager of the tatasky process also Tls. I want to suggest please do not take tatasky connetionsare also worst.They promise that connection will be installef wothin 24 hrs but it tkased more than 24 days

I am confirmed and confident that my wife’s death caused by Dr. B.K.Mahato’s wrong treatment & surgery.

My all dreams and loves end with my wife. My wife is my power. My family is end before starting. A mother can’t touch and see her baby before died. My baby lost her mother from childhood. I don’t want any money or claims. I want only right judgments from your. I want only Dr.B.K.Mahato will be punished by legal step for her death.

Kindly & please help me. Kindly help to the mother who wanted to live with happy family. Please protest the negligence’s from doctor’s side. Why Dr.B.K.Mahato neglect to his profession? Why Dr.B.K.Mahato not inform me the critical situations of the patient on times?
