Consumer Complaint Redressal Procedure for Telecom Complaints

There are plenty of consumers in India who use cellular, telephone or internet services in India but are not fully aware of the customer complaint redressal procedure laid out by government of India cell - TRAI. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India(TRAI) is a government body just like IRDA to oversee telecom regulations in India for the benefit of consumers.

In the interest of consumers TRAI has laid down complaint redressal procedure that needs to be mandatorily followed by all the telecom companies in India like Airtel, Reliance, Tata Indicom etc. So if you don't follow this specified procedure for complaint redressal, most likely your complaint will not be heard or even replied to by your company. If you want to go to Consumer Court for such issues, make sure that you follow this procedure first.

There are many times we find that telecom consumers break their head on some complaint or the other and end up being very frustrated with their service provider company since the company did not heed to their complaints. In most of the cases the consumer hasn't followed the TRAI's legal procedure for redressal of the complaint. Also we should know that in large organizations like Airtel, Reliance or BSNL it is really difficult to allow customers to follow arbitrary complaint redressal procedures so you shouldn't simply call their office and let them know of your complaint. In this, the correct procedure will be to contact their all India customer care help line and get a docket number for your complaint.

Here we list the proper procedure to get your complaint resolved for telecom related issues.

  1. First visit the company site and find the proper complaint procedure. Look for "Manual of Practice". You can see a sample Airtel's Manual of Practice here. Please don't use it and rather look for updated copy of it in the company site. In this sample manual you can find the proper complaints/grievances procedure as specified by Airtel.
  2. Next step is to call all India customer care number and register your complaint. You must obtain a complaint or docket number. Also you'll be asked to wait for its resolution taking couple of days to 2 weeks of time. However as per TRAI regulation it should not take that much of time but give the company chance to do its best to resolve your complaint.
  3. If you are not satisfied then send the complaint to Nodal Officer in your circle. This list is available in the company website. It should not take more than 10 days to redress your complaint.
  4. If you are still not satisfied then go to Appellate Authority in your circle, the contact details of which are also mentioned in the company website.
  5. If still you are not satisfied then nothing much you can do. Try registring your complaint in National Consumer Helpline. You also have an option to pursue your case further in your local Consumer Court.

Note: There is a time period as specified in "Manual of Practice" - that is, for example you can't go to Appellate Authority 1 year after filing your complaint to Nodal Officer. There is usually 3 month time limit for filing complaint next level. Keep copies of your complaints to Nodal officer and Appellate Authority.

Hospital Daftary Road Malad East on 21/10/2014 who came with bunch of sim cards calling himself as a representative of Airtel mobile company and showed different schemes for government employees one of it was Rs 199/ month (EBU - 199)in which unlimited calling to all mobile , landline , std calls and even local and std sms were also free for one month for prepaid airtel mobile. Since I am a prepaid customer of airtel (mobile no.9892725603) I took that scheme and paid Rs.200/- toward recharge..

I called customer care . representative replied that no such schemes are available in the company and report this matter to higher authority, hence this complaint.

There is no value to Rs. 200 in the market but customer is losing trust on company and that makes the difference.

Company must be having record of Name of person whom they have given that series of card.

Irregularities in Billing

I have a big list of complaint againt Vodafone.
Wrong deduction of money(Rs 100 got deducted for 6 sec call and I have already raised this issue).
Not giving appropriate data benefit ( after call, mail and other approach they
gave remaining amount of data).
And now again Irregularities in billing.
On 19th October 2014 @ 9:28pm I have made a STD call and the call duration was 2 Min 31 secs.
As per the activated STD plan on my number this call should charge 35(paisa/min)*3(min)=105 paisa.
But Vodafone charged me Rs. 1.42/(One Rupees Forty two Paisa).
This is the call which I cross checked they may wrongly charged for many other call which I made.

Before also this happened with me and after complaint they corrected the billing for further call but didn't refund for wrongly charged calls..
Now I'm requesting TRAI and other government agencies to take strict action against Vodafone.
Some how I checked it so many people even don't check or some time I too don't get chance to check it.

airtel 4g froud in pune

Dear sir,
I requested a demo for 4G- LTE and a person came for the demo on 11 October 2014. After paying 3500 (2500 for router and 1000 for deposit) he gave me router and sim card but didn't gave any bill/receipt. He said that I will get the bill in email. Till now I neither got the card activation nor the bill. I have called them more than 10 times and now they are just ignoring me. Its pathetic service ever and I would like to get my money back now. I think they airtel has send then alliance partner guy (dreams enterprises from somvar peth pune- office number -02065229797). I am feeling betrayed and helpless.

Kindly take strict action so that no such fraud happen in future. Please check if they can return my money and take their router back.

Incoming & outgoing call barred

Hi Team,

I regret to inform you that my incoming & outgoing call has been barred from today morning, in spite of submitting the documents.
This saddens the believe we have in airtel & has let in very bad customer experience. My incoming & outgoing calls were barred a month ago for 20 day. And because of which I had lose out on my work.
After submitting documents for 3 times, still calls have been barred.

If this continues I am going to file a case in consumer forum court & post the bad experience on social websites as well mentioning Airtel.

DISCREPANC​Y IN THE IDEA BILL SINCE SEP 2013 TILL OCT 2014

Dear Sir,

My number is 9822235821. I have a corporate plan and has an add on number. Being a corporate plan the calling of CUG should be free. I being charged for CUG since Sep 2013???? ONE YEAR it takes to find the issue which is still pending to be solved.

IDEA guys tell me that there's an issue with the INTERLOCK CODE? Now who is gonna change the code? Me???? Or IDEA guys. One year and still the same issue?
Every month I have to call them and get my money reversed.

On top of it IDEA charge me Rs 50 for late fees as I told them that I will not pay the bill unless they reverse my money. They incorrectly charged me Rs 120 which was reversed.

IDEA are making customer fools by looting them every month and with small amounts which customers ignore.

This month again I have been charged for Rs 4.2 CUG Calls and for internet Rs 4.920. My previous Rs 50 is still pending to be reversed. How dare IDEA guys charge me when they dont do the correct practise.

I want to show the problems you guys are creating to the highest authority in IDEA. This is the kind of service what IDEA guys give to PREVILAGE CUSTOMERS? I want to show the face of IDEA doing FRAUDS and stealing people's money every month. You incompetency and fraud has to come in MEDIA.

IDEA guys make "Ullu banaoing" to people. I have enough evidence to prove IDEA guys guilty and FRAUD.

sir, i was frustated to the service of tikona broadband and each time i complained the said that we look into the problem and resolve your problem in 8 working hours. each time i complained and i got same answer. after a long wait from 08 september to 23 september when there is no resoltion taken by tikona. i requested them to dsconnect my connection permenantly. I have disconnected my services of my broadband connection.Have sent several mails and reminders for the reimbursement instead they keep sending me bills even though I am not a user now. Every time I send a mail to them I get a message that they will be looking into the matter and will revert but there is no action from their end till date. Dear Sir,

I have recharged my Rcom Prepaid Mobile (Rajasthan) for 156 Rs for Internet services.
Instantly i got message from service provider that " RC Rs. 156 done. You get 1 GB 3G Data for 30 D" but i have got 600 MB only instead of 1GB 3G data and when i asked retailer he said that you have to check with 198 customer complaint forum in case of any issue. I had call for about 45 minutes and they denied to lodge my complain also stating that from 10th Sep 2014 tariff has been changed and now you will get only 600 MB as per new tariff but when i told them that why then i have received a message of 1 GB data, they said they don't care & no message has sent. I told them the time and date that is 3rd Oct 2014 @ 11:46 AM but still they denied and disconnected the phone after 45 minutes without lodging the complain.

Same thing happened when i called rcom appellate authority and they also denied to register and complain and said me to visit rcom office and then call from there, which is not feasible as right now i am at mumbai and rcom office from my office/home is almost 25 kms away.

Is this not the case of misrepresantation where they SMS something else and provide some other balance ?

Please help me against the cheating and mental harrassment by these malpractices of telecom service provider (RCOM).

Reliance Net connect Broadband Disconnection

This is a complaint regarding Reliance Net Connect

I had requested the Reliance customer care to Disconnect my reliance net connect broadband connection on before 2-3 months.
Customer care excecutive said that it will take 15 days to do it. Now today its 30th Sept almost month and they have not done the disconnection. Instead of this they have send 4 months of bills amounting to RS100/- per month even though i have not used the connection for the last one months + numerous calls to pay the bill + SMS messages.

Non functioning of internet of You Broadband India - six days

My internet connection A/c no. 87260 in the name of CORE Group by 'You Broadband' is not functioning since 25th Sept. 2014. Since then I have communicated with customer care for many times , my complain no. on 25th Sept. 2014 is 2014092508334. Every day customer care and local office in Gurgaon is promising that they will resolve the complain but till now nothing has been done. blocked the number without informtion

I am the consumer of idia subscriber since two years.Second time the idia blocked my number 09417743345 without any reason and information.First time they blocked my said numberin january 2013.The company restart my number with the entruption of punjb police because they were on fault.Now again they blocked my number at the same time after one year in january without intimate to me.
When i visit their office and meet their representative Mr mukesh whose mobile number is 09814702442 told me that bill amount Rs503 is pending.If I pay that amount he assure me to restart the number within 2 hour.I immedietly give him the cheque bearing number 959918 for Rs 503 which debit in my account.But i am ruuning pillar to post since four months but no idia official is ready to leasten my grievances.Many representatives named jatinder 0978188088,Nisha 08195974222 who give me the dupicate sim but said number is not activate.Icommunicate their helpline number who regd.my complaint with id 291909778 and 291076660 but in vain.This is the unhealthy practice of the idia company against the genuine customers.The idia company neither restart my number nor port this number to parental subscriber BSNL.The services ob BSNL are very excellent.You are requested to look into the matter and instruct them to restrart my same number and compensate the monetary loss and mentally harassment.

Payment demand for wrong number

I had purchased 1 Idea postpaid SIM on 24/5/2014. The number being 8422970753. The dealer from whom I purchased the SIM card told me that there was an offer that if i purchase 1 SIM card i get 1 SIM free on it. However, i told him that i needed only 1 SIM card and there is no need for two sim cards for me. He delivered me 1 SIM and the purchase was done. Later when i received my first bill, i received bills for 2 numbers. One which i purchased and the one which was never asked for or issued. I immediately called up the dealer who issued me the SIM card and he sad it was a mistake from his end and it will be rectified. The invalid number being 8422970754. So that is a wrong sale and no payment has to be made by me for it. But it never got rectified and i kept getting additional bills on my name for this number which i never purchased. After raising a complaint at the idea store finally the dealer backed out of his words and he says he has sold me two SIM cards and i have to pay the bill. The other number was never asked for. I checked at the store and there were no call records on that number as well. Only the rent has been accumulated. My question is why should i pay for a number which never asked for. Tomorrow if i order for 1 number and get 10 numbers in my name due to the dealers error should i pay for it? especially when the dealer first agreed his mistake and then backed out of his words. i wont pay for a number which Is not mine and someone has to help me with a solution. i have been to idea gallery few times and they asked me to mark a mail. i am being harassed from the idea collection department to make the payment. And can't tolerate it anymore. Request you to kindly look into this matter and help me resolve this fraudulent matter. And please do not provide dealership or hire such people who are not responsible or are dishonest. I Am an existing idea user for past couple of years and never faced such problem and had trusted this service provider. I have written several mails to TRAI and the customer care of idea however no response. Now i get calls saying 420 case has been registered for not paying the bill. No one helps.

One of my colleague has not paid the bill and they are harrassing me i dont know how they got my reference niether i have signed any document nor i have provided my reference to my colleague. Micromax mobile phone complaint.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am awaiting a proper response from Micromax. My complaint was that I received a faulty product of Micromax Bolt A61 from a Micromax dealer called Mobile World, Palakkad(Dist) of Kerala. The memory card slot is not working. I had asked the dealer to get the product replaced that too, in 2-3 days after we bought the product but they told try using different memory card accessories.

We tried this and then also it wasn't working. The problem persists and now the dealer says that they are not responsible for this bad product. The dealer then said to contact the Service Center. We had contacted the Micromax Service Center at Palakkad. They said they can replace the faulty part within 10 days but I want the entire device to be replaced.

Is it fair that I must suffer by buying a poor quality device? What credibility is there for this kind of product with replaced parts? We did not know the problem therefore how could we have had expected replacement of the phone in 7 days(Micromax policy)? Did not work out.

This will be my last email to Micromax. Being a Micromax user for about 6 months myself, I feel this is bad approach either from the dealer of Micromax company. I am fed up of this issue. Thanks. Will try different brands in future.

AIRTEL IS BEHIND CUSTOMERS FANCY NUMBERS TOO

I bought a duplicate sim for No. 9597221111 on 18th Aug 2014 from "Abi communications, DINDIGUL". The sim has not been activated, I contacted them after a week, they (ABI COMMUNICATIONS, DINDIGUL) said, We raised SR request for your number but the request has been rejected. So, they said we can give a try again. So, I bought a new duplicate sim again after a week, its the same response and suggested me to get to the NODAL OFFICE in Santhome, Chennai. So, I bought a new duplicate sim on 4th Sep 2014 in NODAL OFFICE, SANTHOME, CHENNAI, I again contacted them the NODAL OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE, they said it would get activated by 8th sep 2014 and the sim is not yet been activated and there's no response from them too. In between I contacted 121, Its too worst, they keep on disconnecting the calls after I explain the problem or else they give me a invalid reference Number, So, I couldn't reach your Nodal office by call too. Just give a response, whether I can get my number back or Airtel needs my number.
Its the worst response from AIRTEL. POOR SERVICE.
Just reply me that airtel needs back all the fancy numbers or can it resolve the problem?

I had applied for mobile number portability from Airtel Prepaid to Reliance GSM Prepaid. On 11th of August, 2014 I received a message from Reliance that my porting request has been received. On 21st of August, 2014 I got a confirmation message from Airtel that my data will be deleted and my service will be discontinued from Airtel. But the porting is still pending and the customer care executives are very rude and reluctant to the matter.
Now I do not know where do I escalated my complain.

Charges Levied on missed calls!!

Post an idiotic act exhibited by Airtel in activating my Broadband connection and the efforts that they had taken in realizing (or still not able to realize??) about the goof up done by their employees, I decided to dig into my post paid mobile bill (Airtel Number
+91-9880xxxx93) details (expecting some smartness in my bills as well) which I have never done in the past 10 years of my connection history with Airtel. It was a shock that I received from my post paid bills!! I have detected volumes of money being swindled on missed call charges by Airtel against TRAI regulations. As I started to go through my own post paid bills for a couple of months to check an overcharge on data usage, where in addition to excess data charges (that are levied on me by INR 200 on the name of crossing the 2GB limits that I have subscribed - I strictly check webmail, without downloading
anything, and no videos, movies etc), as an example, they have levied in excess of INR 800 (out of a bill of 3200/ this month) purely for missed calls on an average everymonth!! I got shocked in seeing this manipulation of professional billing softwares to swindle money.

For previous months also I have been seeing similar excess charges, the details of which I have given to the customer care. Surprisingly the person took the complaint himself was shocked (or acted as if he got a shocker too??) in seeing my charges on missed calls and acted as if he was genuinely going to pursue the complaint and solve it for me! The complaint number with Airtel in this case is 1570960715. I may sound strange here, but I have really stopped trusting these Customer Care folks, having experienced
their atrociously callous behavior towards complaints, as umpteen number of times I have placed on various other issues as well. Irrespective of my compliant gets solved or not (the person promised an action in 48 hours), i request You to look into this, as this is a high volume scandal and against TRAI regulations I believe.

I have also noticed this on pre-paid connections where it is very evident as the call charges are delivered instantly. I have very specifically observed this on several calls from one of my relatives, who has a pre-paid connection and We have seen this several times (as an experiment) as almost all unattended calls placed to my number get charged on this pre-paid number and instantly the minimum charge for a call gets cut!

I request You to look into this matter as this is a serious finding and at least 20-30% of a persons calls in a month will be missed calls, imagine a situation where 10-20% (or at least 10%) of a major provider's earnings being from missed calls, assuming they do this gimmick with everybody.I believe this has more depth than its seen from outside and has the potential of becoming a huge scam with volumes and multi millions of Dollars being swindled here over years.

This is regarding refund of Rs 16875/- which we had given as security for centrex Line but never availed the services due to some reasons. We have been requesting for my refund for the past one year, but it seems no body is interested to pay my hard earned money back. I have requested several times to reliance communication sales officers and customer care but got no response.
Please find below all the e mails which I have written to different people of reliance communication for my refund, Apart from these written mails I have spoken to different managers several times for my refund. Every time they have given me fake promises.

Not actication of Airtel Post paid connection (under portability

I have chosen Airtel for number portability from other service provider, My earlier service provider disconnected my connection on 28th Jul'14 & Airtel had not activated the SIM given to me. Many times i have contacted the Airtel agency, M/s. Aryan Global at Indira Nagar & they couldnt provide my a reason for the same. Finally upon contacting Airtel call centre, they confirmed that they have already activated the SIM (which is not handed over to me). I do not know how the agency can activate the SIM issued for me by providing my personal identification details ?
I requested to provide the SIM urgently at my residence or activate the earlier given SIM lying at my hand. Inspite of the assurance from Airtel, i couldn't get my Airtel SIM for next 5 days & under frustration & anger, i requested to cancel my connection with Airtel which initially they denied & then agreed.
I lost my number which i was carrying since last 5 years.
Then i made few complaints to Airtel by mail, which got bounced back. I really do not know how to convey my matter to Airtel grevance forum & if i can get back my telephone number.

Poor Performance of MTS MBLAZE-EC315-24F0

I bought above MTS dongle 8459283180 on sunday, 29th june and it got activated on 1st july. after working for 2 hours, it got de-activated. the connection is showing 'connected' on our phones but not on "I-PAD".

After rigorous follow-up, my connection got dis-connected on 5th july and in between more than 10 emails had been exchanged between me and MTS.

Now, MTS have raised a Bill of Rs. 561/- for 15 days period and I am getting constant reminders over phone to pay the bill whereas the above dongle worth Rs.1300/- is lying un-used at my end as MTS has refused to take it back which worked at my end for 2 hours only.

Please clarify why should I pay the bill?

I am not at all happy with the service, irresponsible customer care, customer care centers.

I have called customer care to deactivate my airtel caller tune, i was staying out of state. now im using sim with national roam(of-course this is useless) with this again one useless caller tune. I requested them to deactivate it customer people , they said now service deactivated. next day recharged my num with 30/- 23 rs i got main bal.. Again story repeated caller tune activated with message njoy caller tune, what they providing for free or wht to njoy ..and also im using one local postpaid connection .. when im taking connected they didnt askd anything with my company they provided sim, now i want to relocate to my native so this sim is useless to me. when i go for the cancellation they will not accept without local resindece proof not office address and with two local people. we are working here not making famlily friends, who will give now a days even between u and us have customer relationship yous service is not at al well, then how we expect outsiders to give local reference.(This post paid issue happened for my two collegues.. i am sure this will for me also :)).

Better stand on standards. Having more connections is not just enough providing hassle free service also must.

Bad Service from Samsung mobile india pvt ltd

This is to bring to your kind attention that I had purchased Samsung GT-I8552 Galaxy Quattro phone on It’s not been a year after 9 months from the date of purchase of that mobile phone &amp I’M continuously facing a lot of problems in it. There was a issue touch pad. I had submitted my phone at Ghatkopar branch which is FONESCARE (W).They said you will get your phone after 5 days.
I had submitted my phone on 1st of July &amp today is 16th July Still I m calling all Samsung numbers &amp but no one is responding. Given two numbers are coming switch off &amp other number not reachable. Even when I called on toll free number they are saying that they don’t have any information regarding my complaint bcoz they don’t gave me job sheet number. This is not my fault that they did not give job sheet.I have samsung sheet but job sheet number is missing . 

I don’t understand whenever I called service center they say after two days after two days.. Why can’t they just say that it will take one week or two week. Really don’t understand bad service you are giving. In future I will not buy any Samsung phone or I will not recommend to anyone to buy.

I am really fed up with this Samsung. Therefore I want to lodge a formal complaint against Samsung India electronics pvt. Ltd. Due to these issues neither I’M concentrating on my work nor I’M able to get rid of that cell phone since I have purchased it after spending out a lot of money.
It is not possible for me to go to service center again n again as I am professional and most of the time I remain out of station. I was never expecting such a bad quality phones from Samsung, I was using nokia from the last 6 years, then I decided to switch on to Samsung as your products are good but I was wrong.

PLease let me know what need to be done,I want to log a compliant against Samsung India pvt ltd. Almost 21 days completed & still i haven;t recived my phone.

Problem with YouBroadband new connection

My Name is Mahesh, My contact No is 9966097755.I would like to bring to your kind notice, a highly disheartened incidents, A supervisor of Customer care named as Suchetha P and Dinesh M contacted to customer care many time via email/mobile to resolve my problem or cancel the connection.
When they calling requesting to fix next end of the day but no response.
When I request for cancelation they saying like “suitable compensation shall be credited to your account as per the TRAI directives . However regarding the disconnection of the service , this is to inform that the account being subscribed to is pre-paid connection and hence there shall be no refund of any subscription charges in case of disconnection of service before the expiry of validity.”
No one from Nodal or higher Officer not responding to my emails and acceptable by me, kindly take the action as soon as possible or re-direct me to re-person who can help on below email otherwise i have the only option of launching a Legal complaint.

Here are some experiences with youbroadband service:

Took 2 weeks time to provide the connectivity, after paying an amount.
(Even that was happened after doing several escalations to the higher level by sending more than 1000 mails).

Again the link got disconnected twice in first week; and as per your TAT takes much time to restore the connectivity, where as your engineers will not work on Saturdays & Sundays and the same has brought in to local TL Mr. Dinesh notice by putting a conference with local technician Mr.Hussain but no use.

Coming to second week : Link was not there almost 3 days.

Coming to third week: No connectivity from Wednesday on-wards where as your technician inform to hold to get resolve by Friday but so far there is no connectivity.

Since the connection provided (on 22nd June - 3 weeks completed), these are initial & worst services experienced.

Please help me here.

Airtel excessive bill amount

Airtel postpaid provide me 449 mb data for rs.60 monthly plan till 10-07-2014.As the bill they provide me i use only 444 mb data and my data meter app show 425 mb used data.But airtel stopped my discounted data on 08-07-2014 after 323 mb and given me bill of 1324 rs.in which rs.1121 was excessive and unfair.they denied to adjust bill amount and listened to me.kindly give me justice. Undue delay on reactivation

Based on our management decision, we have decided to delink all our private
/personal cell numbers from our corporate account / billing. As a part of this
exercise, my staff had requested your Airtel Customer Centre, Kadavanthra (Opp
Little Flower Church) for the same.

Due to travel, I had limited access to mail and communications for the last few
days. On 8th Jul, my phone started showing "Not Registered on the Network",
while dialling the number. After initial troubleshooting, I had taken my
Samsung Galaxy S4 to the above Airtel Customer Centre. After initial inspection
by your staff, they have asked me to change the SIM as the error is due to the
modified Micro SIM (Manually cut). When I informed them that there is full
signal on the phone, they checked on the system and informed me that the phone
is "Suspended" and referred to me the help desk after taking the token.

Helpdesk too informed me that the number is suspended ¿ based on the request
from my office. When I asked, why I am not even informed about their decision
to suspend the number over SMS, the gentleman at the desk (probably the senior
most answered "It is not our policy and not necessary". I feel those
statements are certainly not customer friendly and can only be treated as
arrogant and irresponsible.

Thereafter, they requested me to produce a NOC from my office for retaining the
number on my name which I had provided within one hour, alongwith photograph
and ID proof.

While submitting the NOC, I requested the helpdesk for their support to
reactivate the number ASAP, as I have several travels scheduled some of them
even outside state. They had promised that the number will be activated on my
post-paid account in two days. Despite the unpleasant attitude, I left the
desk, partially satisfied due to the staff assurance.

Based on their request (for verification on my alternate # 9496 575 xxx) to be
available locally. Since my phone is still showing the signal on the old SIM but the calls are blocked, I reached the same help desk once again today 10 Jul afternoon around 1600H. The same gentleman was once again gave an arrogant answer that "the reactivation will take more time". When asked for a specific time he did not had any answer and asked me to check up next week. Still, he did not give any firm date for the reactivation. This is certainly not acceptable in the private business environment, where the competition is very tough.

Apart from my usual business related work, my entire personal activities have
come to a standstill since all my bank accounts, travel bookings etc are linked
to the blocked cell number. Apart from the harassment, inconveniences and agony
of missing valuable calls, we are losing several business opportunities.

After five days, I just got a SMS stating the “Airtel Activation Request # 189573747 has been Booked.” This is testing the patience.

This is to warn you stop making fraud with customers, as I have attached screenshot of 3G plans which clearly shows:

[2]. It shows there is a recharge of rs.249 for 1gb 3G data for 30 days

After doing the recharge it charges me from my main account balance and when I spoke with customer care person (a lady) she told me as

[2]. User needs to go to recharge option and then select circle option and then he came to know that plans are changed according to circles.

Then, why www.airtel.in/Airtel3G/tariff.html shows there are recharge option for rs.249 ???
How would customers know they need to use right clicks all over the website ???

Sir, I am using VIRGIN Mobile SIM(Which is handled by TATA GROUP), I use unlimited plan of amount 599. According to this plan i can make free call on TATA GROUP as well as VIRGIN Mobile, But suddenly this plan has interrupted without giving me notification and moreover duration are left and still it has renaming 8 days. I made a lot of calls to Customer Care Executive but they did not resolve my queries as well as they did not reply me in proper way, It is really harassing me to hear the response for the (CCE). I am totally disturb of this reason and i am unable to make my free calls. i am dissatisfied with this service.

Telemarketing Msg and Calls - Do Not Disturb Service

My mobile number is registered under National Do not Disturb Service since 2011. However still I get messages and calls from Marketing Company. My Service provider is Uninor and My mobile number is 8421852579. I have done complaint to Uninor Customer Service several times. Every time Customer Care people says that it will not be repeated again but again the next morning I get calls and sms. Please see my email sent to Uninor Company on 11th April.

I launched Complaint in Uninor Telecom Company about Marketing messages on 05th April, 2014. SR No. 1-39099867852. I got message from Uninor on 08th April that it is resolved with below comments.

”Dear customer your complaint related UCC / SMS from UWL has been resolved .please be inform that DND active also concerned team informed not to send any promotional SMS.Hence sr closed”.

But again I got message from Telemarketing Company on 10th April, 2014 at 02 pm. Message came from DT-IYEPME.

I have activated Do not Disturb Service on my mobile number and it is active from 3 years however still I get calls and message from Marketing Company. I had launched complaint many times in Uninor Company about TeleMarketing call and message but Uninor Company never took seriously about this. So please help. I am really tired with this Company now.

BSNL don't provide good signal strength

I am complaints about the BSNL tower is located at Neendapara in Ernakulam,Kerala.lots of people change to other service providers. Internet browsing is not possible due to the variation in strength and some times calls are disconnected. Only this reasons people use other network operators even they charge heigher call,internet browsing and messages rates.Another problem is the availability of recharge voucher.please solve the problem as soon as possible. DEDUCTION FROM BALANCE

Rs 170 deducted overnight from my Airtel Mobile for no reason!

Overnight my balance of Rs 170 gets deducted. The customer care keeps transfering the line to another person and none of them have a logical reason for this. How can Rs 170 get deducted overnight while i am sleeping even if the mobile data is on.( I already have an internet pacakage)...They are saying that this happened because my phone is ANDROID phone.!!...How illogical!!...I refuseto believe this stupid explanation.

I hope i will get some help here as i am completely irritated and frustrated with Airtel!
