Indian Overseas Bank Consumer Complaint Procedure
If you are having any complaint with any branch of Indian Overseas Bank, do following:
- Contact the Branch Manager or Register your complaint in the Complaint Register present with the Manager. Remember to keep its acknowledgement and reference number.
- If the reply given by the Branch is not received within 7 days, you can write to the Regional Manager.
